Draining the swamp includes the tall task of stopping incredibly stupid spending (VIDEO)

The headline says all that really needs to be said here. The ways that the Swamp in Washington D.C. has dreamed up to frivelously spend U.S. taxpayer dollars is breathtaking. Here's a short list:

$25 million dollars to promote the following: biodiversity, conservation and "licid" livelihoods by developing "socially responsible" behavior in the country of Colombia.

$40 million to improve the social and economic inclusion of sedentary migrants.

$42 million for Johns Hopkins to research and drive social and behavior changes in Uganda.

$10 million for Mozambique voluntary male circumcision.

$9.7 million for the University of California-Berkeley to develop a cohort of Cambodian youth with enterprise-driven skills.

$2.3 million for strengthening independent voices in Cambodia.

$32 million to the Prague Civil Society Center.

$14 million for improving public procurement in Serbia.

$486 million to the Consortium for Elections.

$19 million for biodiversity conservation in Nepal.

$1.5 million for voter confidence in Liberia.

$14 million for social cohesion in Mali.

$2.5 million for inclusive democracies in South Africa.

$47 million for learning outcomes in Asia.

These items and more are spelled out by President Donald Trump in the attached video, which lasts 3 minutes.
