CNN, MSNBC falling apart at the seams (VIDEO)

While a ratings bump and some financial difficulties soon after a general election were unsurprising events last fall, what has been surprising to Democrats is the continued downward spiral that CNN and MSNBC are experiencing. It has gotten so bad that CNN is losing out in the ratings battle to Spongebob Squarepants reruns on the Cartoon Channel! How sad is that?
