Turkey Fest coming to Swift Falls on September 21 (VIDEOS)

The annual fall Turkey Fest in Swift Falls is being brought to the public again by Brink's Beer Joint for everyone to enjoy on Saturday, September 21. This day of fun marks the changing of the seasons in the beautiful setting of south/eastern Swift County.

Activities begin with a bean bag tournament at 1 p.m. ($20 per team, 100% payout); following that, the First Responder potluck turkey cook-off lasts from 3 to 5 p.m. (Details below.) Also! Mini Sota of Benson will be serving mini donuts from 3 to 5 p.m. Children have a set of activities they can enjoy including a bouncy house, face painting, plus games and prizes. The Turkey Fest Parade is at 5:30 p.m., and the top 2 floats each win a $50 gift certificate. Live music concludes Turkey Fest from 6 to 9 p.m.
