With a turnout of over 1,800 served and a few hundred above that in attendance, the Pope County Farm Bureau Breakfast on the Farm event on Labor Day was an overwhelming success.
Hosted by Anderson Farms in Crow Lake Township with the help of over 100 volunteers, activities lasted over four hours and included farm tours, educational sessions, a sheep shearing demonstration plus a free breakfast being served under a large tent.
