The Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa high school's music department held their spring concert on Tuesday, May 7 at Olson Auditorium. The attached video features one of the songs performed by the senior high band.
The senior high band performed a total of four songs, although the first song was technically a collection of five songs itself. They are listed below.
No. 1: The Lion King (Circle of Life, I Just Can't Wait to be King, Be Prepared, Hakuna Matata, Can You Feel the Love Tonight, King of Pride Rock). Music by Elton John, lyrics by Tim Rice, score by Hans Zimmer; arranged by John Higgins.
No. 2: With Each Sunset (Comes the Promise of a New Day) by Richard Saucedo.
No. 3: Kentucky 1800 by Clare Grundman and adopted by Robert Longfield.
No. 4: Bohemian Rhapsody by Freddie Mercury; arranged by Paul Murtha.
