After de-criminalizing numerous controlled substances, the city of Portland, Oregon has now declared a 90-day state of emergency for the problems their decisions have made. Not only does the city feature some of the dumbest citizens of America (the ones who voted for the stupidity) - the leaders of that city continue to fail in their positions of authority. They are a collection of some of the worst people on earth, especially Democrat Governor Tina Kotek.
Unfortunately, the drug problem has recently struck far too close to home with the killing of a Belgrade mom in a car crash on January 22.
The attached video spells out what is going on in Portland. It is not good.
