The new Jenniges Meats retail store will be open on January 15 on the west side of Brooten. Groundbreaking took place in the summer of 2022, and the long wait is over for the town to enjoy their newly-expanded business!

Jenniges Meats of Brooten opens their retail store to the public next Monday, January 15 at 8 a.m. They will be open Monday to Saturday at their new location on the west side of Brooten. The new facility's groundbreaking ceremony took place in the summer of 2022, and construction began a year ago in December 2022. The concept of building this new store and locker plant took form about four years ago as the COVID-19 pandemic first gripped America in the spring of 2020.

On Friday and Saturday, January 11-12, Jenniges Meats had a soft opening to the public. They were excited to see the interest from the community in the new retail store.
