An incredible display of support and solidarity was witnessed by hundreds of bystanders in downtown Glenwood on Saturday, April 22 following the funeral for fallen Pope County Sheriff's Deputy Joshua Owens. Law enforcement personnel were in attendance from all corners of Minnesota and nearly every county and municipality in the state.
At the funeral, estimates show that over 4,000 were present at the funeral at the MAHS campus. The parade of law enforcement personnel through Glenwood that followed the funeral lasted over two hours.
