Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa schools had the privilege of hosting Taher's very own corporate Chef Brian Renz on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, January 25-27 at both the high school and elementary.
For 26 years, Chef Brian has traveled to numerous countries, experienced world-renowned foods and a vast variety of cultures.
Chef Brian has shared his knowledge with the students to create new food from his world travels. With the students' help, the schools enjoyed chicken tinga tostada, calzones and paella which included muscles and chorizo sausage, Spanish French bread and saffron.
