BREAKING: SCOTUS takes down Brandon's jab-or-job mandate on general workplace settings

On Thursday, January 13, 2022, the U.S. Supreme Court rules against President Joe "Brandon" Biden's jab-or-job mandate on workplace settings of 100 or more employees. SCOTUS's ruling, outlined in a 30-page document, backs the concept that COVID-19 is a universal risk that is not solely found in a workplace setting.

Justices Breyer, Sotomayor and Kagan were the dissenters. Justice Sotomayor was the individual who, from the SCOTUS bench, spread the extreme lie on January 7, 2022 that over 100,000 children in America were hospitalized last week with COVID-19.

The mandate on most health care settings was allowed to move forward. It is unclear what will happen to vaccine-injured health care workers who refuse to comply with other potential jab-or-job mandates.
