The annual Brooten community Easter Egg hunt was a smashing success on Saturday, April 20. Thanks to heavy lifting by a number of groups and businesses, between 100 and 150 kids enjoyed the Easter Egg hunt and then a chance at a bicycle drawing. The Brooten city park was bustling with activity on a day where the temperature eclipsed 70 degrees for the first time this spring.
