Childrens Theater show is Wednesday and Thursday, July 18-19
The Terrace Mill Children's Theater will present "The Rockin' Tale of Snow White" at the historic Terrace Mill amphitheater on Wednesday and Thursday, July 18-19. Show times are 6:30 p.m. on both nights. In the video below, Greta Reichmann of Villard gives a few comments to help generate excitement for the show and encourage everyone to attend from throughout the area. This is her 11th year in the children's theater at Terrace.
Admission is free, and a free-will donation will be accepted to support the program. It is recommended to bring lawn chairs for the outdoor seating.
A cast of 32 youth and young adults will present the classic tale of Snow White complete with fresh new characters, fun comedic twists, and infused with hip-hop, doo-wop and rock music!
The cast includes youth from all corners of Pope County as well as Benson and the Twin Cities. From Starbuck: Ben Larson. Terrace: Blair Andersen. Benson: Norah Hilleren, Sophie Hilleren, Gwen Wilcox. Faribault: Abby Engbrecht, Eagan: Sylvia Larson. Minneapolis: Nadia Braaten, Edie Sachariason and Nora Sachariason.
The Terrace Mill Children’s Theatre, in it’s 19th season, is directed by Julie Lloyd and Lucy Lloyd of Sedan. Due to overwhelming interest, a second production has been added to the season. The Jungle Book will rehearse July 22 to August 2, with shows on August 1 and 2 at 6:30 p.m. There are a few spots open yet for participants.
