Municipal Hall in Belgrade will be full of Christmas spirit on the morning of December 17. A list of fun activities for children await them.
The annual Belgrade Santa Day, with revamped activities for 2016, is taking place on Saturday, December 17 from 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. at the Municipal Hall in downtown Belgrade. More details were published on page one of the Dec. 15 issue of the Bonanza Valley Voice.
Santa Claus will be there ready to meet and greet area children! Meanwhile, adults are encouraged to stop at businesses in Belgrade to take in various specials in honor of Santa Day.
The temperature is approximately zero degrees as of Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. with road conditions in good shape. This area braced itself for a "big snow storm" that never really materialized. The forecast said anywhere from three to six inches of snow was coming, but it appears that only a couple of inches fell on Friday night.
