The church community of Chippewa Falls Lutheran in scenic Terrace held a special 150th anniversary worship service on Sunday, August 4. The service included numerous former pastors and extended family guests for a full house. The Sunburg community hosted a marvelous Syttende Mai celebration on Sunday, May 19. The Sunburg Trolls Car Club raffle concluded the event, and the quilt raffle took place after over 800 tickets were sold. The winner of the quilt was Curtis Engstrom of Norway Lake Township. The Dave and Clara Rooney family hosted their 44th annual St. Patrick's Day parade on Sunday. This was one of many events and sources of entertainment held at the Padua Pub on what was a two-day celebration for the community.
