On Saturday, December 7, the citizens and area residents of Brooten enjoyed a marvelous turnout for the annual Brooten Santa Day celebration. Events were held at two locations in downtown Brooten: the Brooten Lanes and the KaDe Shack. Below is video from Santa Claus visiting with children at the Brooten Lanes. On Saturday, December 7, the Redhead Creamery hosted live music by The Cropdusters during one of their two Christmas-themed December celebrations. The Cropdusters are a rotating cast of Fargo-Moorhead musicians known for their folk/bluegrass/Americana style. They also hosted a second live music event on Saturday, December 14.
