It all begins tonight with the FREE concert in the park and more, with music by Custom Made Band playing from 6:30 to 8 p.m. at the city park on South Highway 71. The concert is part of a community celebration that also includes a free petting zoo from 5 to 8 p.m. plus an evening meal. The Belgrade Museum has set regular hours for the summer of 2024 when the public is invited to stop by and see all that they offer. The next regular Saturday they are open will be on August 10 during August Fest. Hours are 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. They will also be open to the public at the same time on Saturday, August 24. The museum is located in downtown Belgrade across from the hardware store....

The church community of Chippewa Falls Lutheran in scenic Terrace held a special 150th anniversary worship service on Sunday, August 4. The service included numerous former pastors and extended family guests for a full house. A terrific meal with roast beef, mashed potatoes and more followed in the church basement that was served by Lakes Catering out of Alexandria.
