Three live bands are playing on Saturday night (May 26) of Memorial Day weekend during the Belgrade VFW Post #1825 Memorial Weekend Bash. Grove Lake-area veterans gathered for a parade and program on Sunday, May 27 to honor those who have given their lives in the line of duty defending America at home around the globe. Below is a video taken of the parade when they marched to the Grove Lake Township cemetery. For the first time since 2008, the Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa Jaguars fastpitch team has extended their season into the second week of the postseason while being one of the last six teams standing in Section 6A.
