Glacial Ridge Ambulance's 9th Annual Holiday Toy Drive turned out to be the most successful one ever. A middle-aged man was seen by multiple witnesses dragging a leashed small dog down an alley in Elrosa at about 2 p.m. on Sunday afternoon, January 10. One individual who witnessed the incident yelled at the man, who ignored the plea to stop dragging the dog by the leash. Very early on the morning of Tuesday, Jan. 12 at 01:35 hours, the Stearns County Sheriff's Office was dispatched to a domestic disturbance call in the city of Belgrade.
