    An ebb and flow pattern is in play for the current COVID-19 wave across the Bonanza Valley area. This is the third wave of spread since it all began either in early 2020 or late in 2019.     The new number posted for the B-B-E zip codes of 56312, 56316 and 56325 is a 19 for the September 9 Minnesota Department of Health COVID-19 zip code report. The new number of 19 represents the number of new COVID-19 cases reported by the MDH for the 4,300 or so people living in the Belgrade, Brooten and Elrosa zip codes. For Belgrade 56312, the number is 10, which is a huge decline from 26 a week ago. For Brooten 56316, we had a slight increase from six a week ago to nine reported this week....
