Tina Kotek has been one of the worst governors in the history of the United States. This has played out in front of everyone's eyes across her tenure leading the Beaver State. Her most glaring and obvious flaw has been her full support of decriminalizing illicit drug use and illicit drug possession. In 2020, Kotek pushed hard for Measure 110, a ballot question that decriminalized drugs in Oregon. Being the idiot she is, she said in 2022 while running for governor, as the whole house was falling...
Faith communities across the Bonanza Valley area celebrated Easter on Sunday, March 31. Sunrise worships were held at 6:30 or 7 a.m. that morning, and other church services followed. Some churches like First Lutheran of Norway Lake and Trinity Lutheran in Brooten hosted Easter breakfast meals following their sunrise worships. In the attached video, you can take in part of Pastor Lisa Meschke's sermon at Grace Lutheran church in Belgrade that morning. A video featuring Pastor Rick Krasky's...
From the desk of the Bonanza Valley Voice publisher, Brooten, Minnesota, on Saturday, April 6, 2024: Monday addendum: our newspaper family is sickened by the news of the pending closure of newspapers in Hutchinson and Litchfield. The work done by the local staff in both communities was excellent by our standards. Unfortunately, the management of absentee ownership essentially strangled what could be done each week in their printed newspapers. Our hearts go out to their towns' newspaper staff and their families. We pray for a good outcome to...

Reports across the past week from major United States media outlets have repeated the federal government's boasting about the March 2024 jobs report. In that report, the government is saying that 303,000 new jobs were created. However, here's what the mainstream media is not reporting, or if they are, they are reporting it without full context. Companies shed massive numbers of jobs in November and December of last year. According to the BLS, the number of people employed in a full time...
The Belgrade-Brooten police department recently received a generous donation from Bayer Built Woodworks towards the cost of their body camera program. Police Chief Casey Jansky reported the news to the B-B Police Board at their March 19 meeting in Belgrade. "They have been a great supporter of our police department, and they want to continue with the relationship by assisting us with monetary donations towards projects," said Jansky. "I can't thank them enough for their support over the years."...
Wow! This was a sight. A pathetic group of school board members shut down their meeting when a brave student challenged them to their faces. He spoke passionately on the topic of keeping bathrooms and locker rooms as safe spaces for girls, and it offended the school board. He asked for five members to resign...their response? "This meeting is adjourned." Wow. We are in trouble in America with woke stupid running our public schools....
As a snow storm approached the area and turned what was a mild week of weather into full-blown winter, area churches held Palm Sunday worships on Sunday, March 24. In the attached video, Pastor Rick Krasky provides his Palm Sunday worship sermon....
Four minutes. Four minutes of your time. I encourage everyone to take four minutes of your time to watch this video. It clearly illustrates how sick and vile Joe Biden is and how ashamed we are that he is occupying the office of the President of the United States. He is an sick, vile man. I can't say it enough. For the Democrats to hold the type of fundraiser that they did on the day of the wake of the fallen NYPD Officer Jonathan Diller is SICK and VILE. Democrats in America have no shame! No...

On Saturday, over 550 arm bands were provided for patrons of the Padua Pub, and needless to say, a grand time was had by all. Dave Rooney reported that he believes they served at least 650 that night, all on the pub side, as the banquet hall was not in use on Saturday. On...
At John Stossel's YouTube channel, he recently released a video encouraging the public not to let government officials off of the hook for what they did to us starting in March of 2020. In this video, Stossel says that four years ago, we were told we had "15 days to slow the spread." Covid's "15 days" turned into years, and the loss of our freedoms increased. It's important we don't forget what happened. The attached video lasts 6 minutes and 42 seconds....

The Belgrade-Brooten-Elrosa Resistance Robotics team was one of 56 teams at the Great Northern regional competition in Grand Forks. The regional was held on March 6-9 at the Alerus Center. B-B-E's team pulled off a thoroughly impressive comeback on Friday and Saturday as they endured tremendous adversity. While competing in North Dakota for the third straight year, the robotics team had to contend with unforeseen and nearly impossible-to-predict mechanical failures that cost them a smooth...
This was an exciting video to take in. It is absolutely PRECIOUS and PRICELESS to watch the mainstream media goons lose their minds on national television. All throughout 2023 they sounded so confident...look how things have changed. It gives me great joy to see this happening. That could not happen to more deserving people....
It's easy to find videos on YouTube of young people being asked questions related to either American history, geography or modern politics. Generally, many of these videos show that young people just simply are not well-informed. In the attached video, a handful of young people are asked about who they believe is the dumbest person in the government today. There's a recurring theme with their answers......
