    In a report released on January 28 by the Minnesota Department of Health, the new local number of COVID-19 cases reported for the last week is five for the zip code areas of Belgrade (56312), Brooten (56316) and Elrosa (56325). This represents five new cases in a population of 4,285 in the last seven days. The five were all in the Belgrade zip code, which has a population of 2,622.
